MY STORY

Hi, I’am Caitlin, a Chiropractor specializing in pregnancy and pediatrics turned certified functional medicine practitioner.
It was mine and my husbands health struggles that prompted the change to practicing functional health.

In my late 20’s I began dealing with:

  • Fatigue: I was never rested even after getting 9-10 hours of sleep
  • Brain fog: Remembering conversations, names and even what I went into a room to do was eluding me. This was a problem as I had a memory like a steal trap.
  • Mood swings: I was having more ups and downs then a rollercoaster with my moods… especially with my husband
  • Horrible menstrual cramps: Day 1 of my cycle I would be keeled over in pain and just to remotely function, I would need to get adjusted every 2 hours… good thing I worked with my husband who is also a chiropractor

Luckily, that has all gotten sorted out and I no longer deal with ANY of it. It did take time to rebalance my hormones, remove the hidden infection and create a lifestyle that was supportive rather than destructive.

I am very passionate about helping women find the root cause of their suffering, whether it be weight loss resistance, hormone imbalances, lack of energy, digestive issues, brain fog, problems sleeping, or all of the above.

In my decade of working with women (and myself… being the most difficult patient of all to crack) our health boils down to a few very important pillars:

  • The food we eat (proper nutrition)
  • When we eat (intermittent fasting and block fasting)
  • How and when we move our bodies (exercise)
  • Our ability to set healthy boundaries (stress management)
