Happy 2019 Women N Wellness Tribe. New Years bring about clean slates, fresh starts and the possibility of recreating ourselves. One of the reasons this time of year is so magical is because everyone all over the globe are setting and creating resolutions to have a “better” year than the one that pasted.
Have you noticed that come the middle of February you have already forgot all about the goals you set for yourself on January 1st? Or that it’s really easy to become derailed from your intentions, but really hard to get back on track especially if you don’t remember what goals you even set. Don’t worry Dr’s Caitlin, Sonya and Mindy have all been there and done that.
The WNW doc’s discuss their unique approach to being able to stick with the resolution they set at the beginning of the year. This method allows them to not only stay on track but also get back on if/when they fall off. And the best part is it’s simple. It only involves one word.
