After an amazing Mastermind weekend the WNW doctors wanted to share their take aways about becoming the best version of ones self… Don’t worry all 3 of them are following this advice.
First: Who you allow into your mind and space will greatly influence how you grow, respond and act as a human being. “You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with.” That statement couldn’t be more true. When you surround yourself with unhappy people, you too will be unhappy. However surrounding yourself with people that inspire you, will lift you up, thereby allowing you achieve things you never dreamt of (in all aspects of your life, personally, relationships, business etc.) This is one the the reasons the WNW doc’s make it a point to see each other at least every 3 months and talk weekly.
Second: We must realize that we are all ENOUGH. We are enough just as we are. We do not have to be all things to everyone, as we will never be and in the process we’ll kill ourselves trying. On that note when we realize that we are enough we stop comparing ourselves to others, as this is the “death of our own identity”. Speaking of identity what is it? Identity is becoming the person you were meant to be, not becoming the person others want you to be. Join us to learn the “I am Enough” exercise and allow yourself to step into the person you were born to be.
Finally join us and learn all about the responsibility game. Its a game that allows you to catch yourself either blaming, shaming or justifying (either yourself, others or a situation that arose.) When we take full responsibility for our actions, words, thoughts (there is no blaming, shaming or justifying) the self transformations are unbelievable.
